We are looking for Security Consultants at Junior, Senior, and Lead levels to support our client company in delivering comprehensive, end-to-end security consulting services across various industries. We’re supporting a boutique security consulting firm that delivers vendor-agnostic security services to a wide range of clients. The work is consulting-oriented, hands-on, and client-facing, covering both strategic and technical security initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a background or strong interest in IT and information security. Junior and Senior Consultants will primarily focus on hands-on project delivery, while Lead Consultants will also take on client management and business development support responsibilities. The role offers a remote or hybrid working setup.
- Deliver security consulting services across multiple engagements, including: - Security maturity assessments - Technical security testing - Red team exercises - Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives - Security implementation and advisory support - Work closely with clients to understand their security needs, risks, and business objectives. - Prepare clear, structured, and actionable reports, findings, and recommendations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and consistent project delivery. - Stay up to date with the latest security trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
> Requirements: - Background or strong interest in IT and information security - Prior consulting experience or experience working in a client-facing environment - Able to communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written - Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: security assessments, technical testing, red team activities, or GRC-related work - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills > Preferred / Level-Dependent Requirements : - Experience in security assessments, technical testing, red team activities, or GRC-related work. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - For Lead level: experience in leading projects, managing client relationships, or supporting business development efforts. - Candidates with experience from consulting firms, Big 4, or enterprise environments will be a strong plus. - For candidates currently in internal/in-house roles, senior exposure is expected (e.g. leading security/IT functions or handling strategic scope), preferably with experience in an overseas company. - For Lead-level candidates, experience in the following is preferred: Leading or coordinating projects, Managing client relationships, Supporting business development or proposal-related activities (nice to have)
