Most AI actions cost one credit. Reading a result you have already paid for never costs anything.

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher plan until then.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited candidates, 1 active role, 1 team member, and 20 AI credits to start. You can buy more credits at any time on Free — you only need a paid plan for more active roles, more seats, and the advanced features.
How do AI credits work?
Most AI actions cost one credit: analysing or re-analysing a resume, matching a talent-pool CV against your open roles, running a semantic search, drafting role text, or enriching a profile link. Setting up a role costs two, and your first role is free. Reading a result you have already generated is free, and role recommendations do not cost credits.
Do Free credits reset each month?
No. The Free plan’s 20 credits are a one-time starter grant and do not refill. Paid plans refill their allowance every month, including on annual billing, and monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy never expire and are always spent first, but they are forfeited if you move from a paid plan to Free.
How much do extra credits cost?
Top-ups are pay-as-you-go and available on every plan, including Free. Packs of 100, 500 and 1,000 credits cost US$14.99, US$59.99 and US$99.99, about US$0.10–0.15 per credit. Packs are priced in your local currency (USD, SGD, AUD, NZD or IDR); for example Rp 99.000, Rp 449.000 and Rp 799.000 in Indonesia.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can be invoiced.
