Hiring that actually understands technical talent
HyreTech is an AI resume analysis and applicant tracking platform built for technical hiring. We help teams evaluate every applicant quickly and fairly — whether HyreTech is your ATS, or the analysis layer next to the one you already use.
Why we built HyreTech
Technical hiring has a reading problem. Every open role collects hundreds of resumes, and most screening tools skim them with keyword filters — so strong engineers get missed because they wrote “built the ingestion pipeline” instead of naming the right framework. We built HyreTech to actually read them: every applicant gets a structured, explainable AI evaluation against the role, so shortlists reflect ability, not keyword luck.
We also don't believe you should have to replace your stack to get that. Use HyreTech as your ATS end-to-end, or keep sourcing in the tools you already work with and bring applicants over for analysis. Your workflow stays — the screening gets smarter.
What we do
One platform for the slowest part of hiring — reading, ranking, and rediscovering candidates.
How we work
Explainable by default
Every score ships with written reasoning you can read, challenge, and share with your team. No black-box rankings.
Keep your stack
You should never have to replace tools you rely on to get better screening. Any system that exports a CSV works with HyreTech.
Pay for analysis, not seats
AI credits meter the actual work — one credit per applicant analyzed. No per-seat pricing games, no charge for job postings.
Built for technical roles
Engineering resumes are dense with signal that generic screeners miss. HyreTech is tuned for stacks, projects, and real engineering experience.
What we believe
The rubric comes first
Nothing is evaluated until a person approves the criteria and weights. The model never decides what "good" means for your role.
A score without reasoning is noise
Every score carries per-criterion justification. A number you cannot interrogate is not evidence, and you cannot defend a shortlist with one.
People decide, models rank
There is no auto-reject on any plan. Advancing or rejecting a candidate is always an action a person takes.
Your system of record stays yours
Keep the ATS you have. We read an export and hand back scorecards — nothing is installed, and nothing is written back.
What we do with candidate data
The short version. The privacy policy is the long one, and it names every vendor that sees a resume.
