Keep your ATS
Bring the candidates, leave the system
You already have somewhere candidates live. HyreTech does not ask you to move them — export a CSV and a folder of resumes, upload once, and read ranked evaluations. Nothing is installed and nothing is written back.
What you upload
Three files, in formats every major ATS already exports.
Roles CSV
1 row per role- title
- description
- requirements
- location
Applicants CSV
1 row per applicant- name
- role_ref
- resume_file
Resumes ZIP
1 file per applicant- docx
- filename must match resume_file
A proof run, start to finish
Export from your ATS
Applicants and roles as CSV, resumes as a ZIP. Every major ATS exports both.
Upload one batch
Drop the three files in. Column mapping is confirmed on screen before anything is read.
Approve the rubric
Criteria, weights and a minimum score, per role. Nothing is evaluated until you approve it.
Read ranked evaluations
Every applicant scored against that rubric, with per-criterion reasoning attached.
Export or keep working
Take the scorecards back to your ATS as a file, or carry on in HyreTech. Your system of record is untouched either way.
Limits, stated plainly
What changes
Nothing to migrate
Your pipeline, permissions and history stay exactly where they are. The only thing that moves is a copy of the applicants you want evaluated.
Nothing to maintain
A CSV export does not break when a vendor changes an API. There is no connector to keep working.
Try it on a closed role
Upload a search you already filled and compare the ranking to the hire you made. That is a real evaluation, and it costs a few credits.
Pay per analysis
Credits meter AI work, not seats or job postings, so importing a large batch once does not change your subscription.
Which plan you need
Questions people ask first
Do I need to replace my ATS to use HyreTech?
No. Keep sourcing and managing your pipeline wherever you work today. Export your applicants, upload them to HyreTech, and use it purely as the AI evaluation layer.
Does HyreTech connect directly to Greenhouse or Lever?
No. There is no direct connector. HyreTech works with any system that can export a CSV, which every major ATS can — so there is nothing to install, and nothing that breaks when a vendor changes their API.
What happens if I re-import the same batch?
Re-imports are idempotent. Roles and candidates are matched to your earlier upload rather than duplicated, and applicants whose resume and role are unchanged are never re-analysed or re-charged.
How much does importing cost?
Importing is available on every plan, including Free. Analysis is metered in credits — one credit per applicant analysed — with pay-as-you-go top-ups. You pay for analysis, not for seats or job postings.
