For recruiting firms

Read every applicant, not the first forty

Agency shortlists are built under time pressure, so the pile gets triaged by whoever is free. HyreTech scores every applicant against the rubric you approved for that client, with the reasoning attached, so the shortlist you submit is the one you can defend.

The volume math

One search, 380 applicants. The difference is not speed of reading — it is how many applicants get read at all.

What changes

One rubric per client

Each client gets their own criteria and weights. Approve them once and every applicant on that search is scored the same way, so two recruiters produce the same shortlist.

A rationale you can send

Every score carries per-criterion reasoning. When a client asks why candidate four ranked above candidate nine, the answer is already written down.

Nothing posted publicly

Roles you import for a client are never listed on the HyreTech job board. Your pipeline stays yours.

Priced per analysis

Which plan you need

Agencies usually land on Growth: 10 active roles, 10 seats, 800 credits a month, and verification trust scores — which flag inconsistencies in a resume for a human to check. If you are placing under a client’s vendor terms and need a security review or volume credits, that is Enterprise.
