For enterprise
Nothing to install, nothing to migrate
Replacing an applicant tracking system is a year-long programme. Adding evaluation beside one is an export. HyreTech reads a CSV and a resume archive, scores against your rubric, and hands the results back — your system of record never moves.
Where HyreTech sits
One direction, one hand-off, no live connection between the two systems.

What procurement will ask
Answered plainly
No asterisks
Does HyreTech integrate with our ATS?
No. There is no connector and no API integration with any ATS. HyreTech works from a CSV export plus a resume archive, which every major ATS can produce. That is deliberate: nothing is installed in your stack and nothing needs a security review of a live connection.
Does HyreTech write anything back into our ATS?
No. Data flows one way. Scorecards are read in HyreTech or exported; your system of record is never modified.
Are imported roles ever posted publicly?
No. A role you import is visible only inside your workspace. Public listing is a separate, explicit action on roles you create in HyreTech.
Can the AI reject a candidate automatically?
No. HyreTech has no auto-reject. Scores rank and explain; advancing or rejecting a candidate is always an action taken by a person on your team.
Where is candidate data processed and how long is it kept?
Production runs in Singapore (asia-southeast1) under HyreTech Pte. Ltd., with the PDPA as the primary regime. Retention follows the period you set — 12 months by default — and deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. The privacy policy lists the sub-processors that receive resume text.
What changes
No connector to review
There is nothing to install in your environment and no live link between systems, so the security review is about a file upload rather than an integration.
Your ATS stays the record
Data moves one way. Nothing HyreTech produces is written back, so your compliance story about the system of record does not change.
Auditable decisions
Every score carries per-criterion reasoning against a rubric a person approved, which is what an adverse-impact review needs to see.
A person always decides
No auto-reject, on any plan. The model ranks and explains; your team advances or rejects.
Which plan you need
Try it on one closed role before you talk to anyone
Export a search you have already filled, upload it, and compare the ranking to the hire you actually made. That is a better evaluation than any demo.
