Where is candidate data processed?
The database and application run in asia-southeast1 (Singapore). Some sub-processors operate elsewhere — resume text reaches an AI inference provider and an embedding service, and diagnostics and product analytics are hosted in the US and EU respectively. Every one is named, with what it receives, in the privacy policy.
Is HyreTech actually a Singapore company?
Yes. HyreTech Pte. Ltd., ACRA UEN 202615556M, registered at 77 High Street, #10-12B, High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433. It is the data controller, which is why the PDPA is the primary regime here rather than one framework in a list.
Do you train AI models on our candidate data?
We do not sell candidate data, do not share it between customers, and do not use identifiable customer data to train models for anyone else.
How do deletion requests work under the PDPA?
Deleting a role deletes its scorecards. Deleting an account queues a permanent purge that completes within 30 days, with a grace window in case it was a mistake. Scorecards remain exportable for 30 days after termination, so export what you need first.
