Do I need to replace my current ATS to use HyreTech?
No. If you already source candidates through LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, or job boards, keep that workflow. Export your roles and applicants, import them into HyreTech as a CSV plus resumes, and get ranked AI evaluations for every candidate. Imported roles are never posted publicly, and you pay per analysis — not per seat or job posting.
How does semantic candidate search work?
Instead of rigid Boolean filters, HyreTech lets you search for candidates using natural language. What are AI credits and what uses them?
AI credits meter HyreTech’s AI work: one credit = one AI action, such as analyzing a resume, matching a candidate to a role, running a semantic search, drafting a job description, or enriching a GitHub/portfolio profile. Reading results you have already generated is free, and role recommendations don’t cost credits. The Free plan includes 20 credits to start; you can top up anytime (pay-as-you-go) or upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly allowance.
How does GitHub profile enrichment work?
When a candidate provides their GitHub profile, HyreTech automatically analyzes their repositories, tech stacks, contribution patterns, and coding activity. This data is merged into the candidate's profile, giving you a much richer picture of their technical abilities beyond what a resume alone can show.
Can candidates apply directly through my HyreTech company page?
Yes. Each company page lets candidates apply to your open roles directly. If they don't see a matching role, they can also join your talent pool by submitting their CV — HyreTech's AI then matches them against your current and future openings, so strong candidates stay in your pipeline even when there's no immediate fit.
