Is this the real screening or a demo?
The real one. Your resume goes through exactly the pipeline HyreTech runs for a customer’s applicants: it is read, scored against a rubric for the role family you pick, and the reasoning is written against the job description you paste.
What happens to the resume I upload?
The file is stored only long enough to be analysed and is deleted automatically within 24 hours; the screening result expires on the same clock. The result page never shows names, contact details or work history from the resume, only scores and reasoning. See our privacy policy for how extracted text is handled.
Why do I pick a role family?
Scores come from a rubric of weighted criteria. Each family (backend, frontend, product design, sales, operations) has one; your pasted job description is what the reasoning is written against. In a HyreTech workspace the rubric is generated from your own job description and you can edit every criterion.
How many can I run?
Three per day. A free HyreTech workspace comes with twenty AI credits, one per resume, and no daily limit.
