Is this the real screening or a demo?
The real one. Your resume goes through exactly the pipeline HyreTech runs for a customer’s applicants: it is read, scored against a rubric for the role family you pick, and the reasoning is written against the job description you paste.
What happens to the resume I upload?
The result is available for 24 hours after the screening. After that, the file and everything extracted from it are deleted automatically. The result shows scores and reasoning, not the name or contact details in the resume, though the reasoning can mention experience the resume describes.
Why do I pick a role family?
Scores come from a rubric of weighted criteria. Each family (backend, frontend, product design, sales, operations) has one; your pasted job description is what the reasoning is written against. In a HyreTech workspace the rubric is generated from your own job description and you can edit every criterion.
How many can I run?
Three per day. A free HyreTech workspace comes with twenty AI credits, one per resume, and no daily limit.
