We are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist with strong strategic thinking and solid marketing fundamentals to shape brand positioning, marketing direction, and digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and creative directions, including website look & feel concepts, sample designs, and campaign ideas. This role requires a balance of strategic and creative thinking, as well as the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly in English.
- Develop end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences - Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach - Create conceptual samples such as website look & feel, landing page structure, wireframes, or visual mockups (not pure design execution) - Translate strategy into clear creative briefs for designers, content, and other stakeholders - Provide strategic input for digital channels including website, landing pages, campaigns, and content - Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform strategy - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution - Present ideas, concepts, and strategies confidently to stakeholders in English
- At least 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or creative strategy roles - Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (brand, digital, content, funnel, positioning) - Proven ability to think strategically and turn ideas into structured plans - Experience creating website or landing page concepts / look & feel samples - Strong communication and presentation skills - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken - Experience working with global or international stakeholders - Ability to bridge strategy, creativity, and execution without being purely tactical
