We’re supporting a growing international digital platform company based in the Netherlands, working with global clients while also building and scaling its own internal products. They’re currently looking for a Product Owner with a hybrid Product Owner–Project Manager mindset. This role is ideal for someone who can manage external client projects while also developing and improving internal products. You’ll be involved end-to-end — from understanding client needs and managing delivery, to shaping internal product direction.
- Manage external projects with international clients (scope, timeline, delivery) - Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders - Drive the development of internal products, from discovery to execution - Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmap - Ensure projects and products are delivered on time and aligned with business goals - Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Mid–Senior level experience as Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role - Strong understanding of product development & project management - Experience handling client-facing projects - Able to juggle external delivery and internal product development - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in a remote, global environment
