As a Mid-level Front End Engineer, you will develop and maintain user-facing features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across our web applications. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, contributing to a seamless user experience. Job Description

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability across devices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for front-end development.
Engage in regular in-office collaboration for team synergy and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience developing responsive web applications
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Expertise with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, NgRx)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Demonstrated ability to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Experience with version control systems, specifically Git
Participates actively in code reviews and contributes to team best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment with regular in-office presence
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) (Preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (Preferred)
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques (Preferred)
Experience with TypeScript (Preferred)
