Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 technical professionals, fostering their growth.
Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Drive the development and implementation of high-quality technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance.
Facilitate daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 5-8 engineers, fostering growth and high performance.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Strong technical background in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Experience with performance management, goal setting, and career development for direct reports.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience operating in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services (Preferred).
Experience with budget management and resource allocation (Preferred).
Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities (Preferred).
