Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and PostgreSQL, especially handling concurrency and transactional consistency.
- Experience working in the banking or fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and failure scenarios.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience in Web3 or blockchain-based applications.
