About the role
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations between internal and external applications.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Develop unit tests using xUnit and Moq, following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Deploy and maintain applications using Microsoft Azure services, including App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.
  • Use GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control, CI/CD, and deployment.
  • Apply SOLID principles and Dependency Injection using Autofac or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features and improvements.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET.
  • Strong experience in RESTful API development and system integration.
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with TDD and unit testing using xUnit and Moq.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.
  • Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles and Dependency Injection, with experience using Autofac or similar frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders and understand technical requirements.
