About the role
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into design requirements.
  • Develop sketches, concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design solutions.
  • Create intuitive and accessible user experiences.
  • Work with engineers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development process.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to design systems, documentation, and product specifications.
  • Consider accessibility, usability, sustainability, and inclusivity throughout the design process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with user-centered design and design research.
  • Strong skills in sketching, prototyping, wireframing, and visual communication.
  • Experience creating and testing physical or digital prototypes.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling or CAD software.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating the design process from research and ideation through prototyping and final outcomes.
    Experience designing accessible or inclusive products.
  • Experience with 3D printing or physical prototyping.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
