The order matters

A rubric belongs to a role, and scoring runs against the rubric. So the sequence is always: create the role, approve its rubric, then bring in applicants. Uploading candidates before the rubric exists is the most common reason a batch sits unscored.

• Create the role — title, description and requirements.
• Review the drafted rubric. Adjust criteria, weights and the minimum score.
• Approve it. This is the step people skip.
• Collect applications on your page, or upload a CSV and resume archive.
• Read the ranked list. Every score carries per-criterion reasoning.

What the first run costs

One credit per applicant analysed. The Free plan includes 20 credits, which is enough to score a small first batch end to end and decide whether the ranking matches your judgement.
