How do I get my first scorecards?

The order matters

A rubric belongs to a role, and scoring runs against the rubric. HyreTech drafts it — criteria, weights and a minimum score — as soon as you create the role, and applicants are scored automatically once they arrive. So the sequence is: create the role, edit the draft, then bring in applicants. If a batch sits unscored, check your credit balance first: each analysis uses one credit.

• Do this before applicants arrive. Scoring does not wait for you.
• Collect applications on your page, or upload a CSV and resume archive.
• Read the ranked list. Every score carries per-criterion reasoning.

What the first run costs

One credit per applicant analysed. The Free plan includes 20 credits, which is enough to score a small first batch end to end and decide whether the ranking matches your judgement.
