How do I add teammates and interviewers?
Teammates take a seat on your plan. Interviewers do not — each gets a magic link to one interview, writes notes there, and never creates an account.

Seats are for people who work the pipeline
A seat is one named person, and log-ins are not shared. Free includes one seat, Starter three, Growth ten, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Interviewers do not consume a seat. Add them to an interview and each gets an email with a magic link to it, where they write their notes — no account needed. Their address must be on the same email domain as yours, unless you sign in with a public address such as Gmail. The link stops working seven days after the interview.
What each role can see
- Teammates see the roles and candidates in your workspace.
- Interviewers see only the interview they were added to (the candidate's name, the role and the time) and their own note. Not the resume, the scores or anyone else's notes.
- Teammates read every interviewer's notes on the candidate's page.
- Custom roles and finer-grained permissions are a Growth feature.
