Teammates take a seat on your plan. Interviewers do not — they get a magic link to a single candidate and never create an account.

Seats are for people who work the pipeline
A seat is one named person, and log-ins are not shared. Free includes one seat, Starter three, Growth ten, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Interviewers do not consume a seat. If someone only needs to leave notes on one candidate, send them a magic link instead of inviting them — it works without an account.
What each role can see
- Teammates see the roles and candidates in your workspace.
- Interviewers see only the candidate they were sent, and the rubric that candidate was scored against.
- Custom roles and finer-grained permissions are a Growth feature.
