What happens when I run out of credits?

Analysis stops until you top up or the next cycle refills. Nothing is lost, and everything you have already generated stays readable.

What stops and what does not

New analysis pauses. Your account, roles, candidates and every scorecard you have already paid for stay exactly as they were, and reading them never costs anything.

  • Top up on any plan, including Free. Top-up credits never expire and are spent first.
  • Paid plans refill their allowance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • The Free plan’s 20 credits are a one-time grant and do not refill.
