What costs credits

• Analysing a resume against a role — 1 credit.
• Re-analysing a candidate, for example after a rubric change — 1 credit.
• Matching one talent-pool CV against all open roles — 1 credit. Re-matches are free.
• A semantic search across your candidates or talent pool — 1 credit. A new page or filter is a new search.
• Setting up a role (criteria and matching index) — 2 credits; your first role is free.
• Regenerating a role’s evaluation criteria with AI — 1 credit.
• Saving a role’s description — 1 credit to re-index it.
• Drafting role text from a pasted job description (including screening questions), or generating all role text at once — 1 credit. Single fields are 1 credit each.
• Drafting, saving or editing a role’s hiring intent — 1 credit each.
• Enriching a profile — 1 credit per GitHub or portfolio link submitted on an application form. Links inside a resume are read as part of that resume’s analysis.

What never costs credits

• Opening a scorecard you already generated.
• Editing a role’s criteria or weights by hand. It does not re-score anyone; re-analyse a candidate to re-score them.
• Role recommendations shown to a candidate.
• Moving a candidate between pipeline stages.
• Inviting a team member or an interviewer.
