What columns does the applicants CSV need?
Four required columns: name, email, role_ref and resume_file. Everything else is optional, and unknown columns are ignored rather than rejected.
What happens if I upload the same batch twice?
Nothing is duplicated and nothing is re-charged. Applicants are matched on email within a role, and an unchanged resume is never re-analysed.
