What does a verification trust score actually flag?
Internal inconsistencies in a resume — overlapping dates, timelines that do not add up, claims that contradict each other. It is a prompt to check, not proof of anything.

What it checks
The trust score looks for things that do not hold together inside the document itself.
- Overlapping full-time roles at different employers.
- Tenure that does not match the stated total years of experience.
- Seniority that moves backwards without explanation.
- Claims in a summary that nothing in the history supports.
What it is not
A trust score is not a background check and not a fraud finding. It cannot confirm that a job existed, and a low score is not evidence that anyone lied — CVs are often just written carelessly.
Treat it as one input that tells you which two minutes of an interview to spend on clarification.
