How do I delete candidate data?
Deleting a role deletes its scorecards. Deleting an account queues a permanent purge that completes within 30 days, with a grace window in case it was a mistake.
Where is candidate data processed?
Production runs in Singapore under HyreTech Pte. Ltd., with the PDPA as the primary regime. Some sub-processors operate elsewhere and are all named in the privacy policy.
