  • How do I delete candidate data?

    Deleting a role deletes its scorecards. Deleting an account queues a permanent purge that completes within 30 days, with a grace window for mistakes.

  • Where is candidate data processed?

    Production runs in Singapore under HyreTech Pte. Ltd., with the PDPA as the primary regime. Sub-processors based elsewhere are named in the privacy policy.
