The database and application run in asia-southeast1 (Singapore). The controller is HyreTech Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company, and the PDPA is the primary regime — GDPR and US state-law rights are honoured for people in those jurisdictions.
Vendors that see candidate data
Resume text reaches an AI inference provider and an embedding service; diagnostics and product analytics are hosted in the US and EU respectively. Every one of them is named, with what it receives, in the privacy policy.
