How do criteria and weights become one score?
Each criterion is scored 1–5 against the evidence in the resume, multiplied by its weight, and summed to a score out of 100.
Can I reuse a rubric across roles?
Yes — copy it into a new role and edit from there. Rubrics belong to a role rather than being shared live, so editing one never rescores another.
