Each criterion is scored 1–100 against the evidence in the resume, and the weights turn those scores into one overall score out of 100.
Can I reuse a rubric across roles?
Not with one click. Each new role drafts its own rubric from its job description, so edit that draft to match. Editing one rubric never rescores another role.
